About Edith Södergran was recognised as a great Nordic modernist after her early death. Her father died from tuberculosis when she was 15, and Södergran herself was diagnosed with the disease only a year later. Despite health issues, the Swedish-speaking poet crafted avant-garde works that challenged traditional, male Nordic poetics. She died overlooked at age 31, but future writers and artists excavated her works to find a trailblazer ahead of her time.
Made in Finland from .925 recycled sterling silver.
